Track 1: Art of Flow; Leadership In Training
This course is a transformational/experiential course based in the linguistic principles of Flow. Participants will have a renewed sense of enthusiasm and self motivation. The general experience is one of greater efficiency, focus, and clarity with a deeper sense of purpose. Students typically identify new possibilities and are able to take action with greater effectiveness. The application of these principles often result in participants achieving higher standards, reaching beyond their existing views, limitations, and beliefs in all areas of their lives to attain greater success.
The value for the program is $495.00 - It is offered *FREE by Coach Freddie Zeringue. There are 20 seats available so as to provide for as much individual attention as possible.

The Ambassador Program will empower participants to embrace the concept of engagement and enrollment through authenticity while deepening their understanding of themselves and their purpose. Students will begin to discover their true strengths and weaknesses, students will learn to become greater observers of themselves and others, and students will become more affective communicators in action. In addition, each student will begin to understand the primary principles of FLOW and their application in action.
As an Ambassador you will participate in the building of The Local Applause Network, while having fun, and added excitement in your life. This role creates an added value of how to relieve stress and will teach you additional networking and socializing skills while receiving support from leadership. You will be a voice for The Local Applause Network and be privy to inside information.

Track 3: Mastering the Art of Leadership/Executive Leader
Focus: Advanced Communication and Listening.Very committed process, ongoing training for one year.
Title Upon Graduation: Executive Leader
Training: 4 Weekend Trainings
The Executive Leadership Training is a program designed to bring forth the unique leader within while empowering participants in the dance of leadership through a deeper understanding of themselves, others and the communication dynamic in action. Students will become affective communicators with emphasis on advance listening techniques and navigation while mastering the art of enrollment; student will learn free thought development and its roll in turning breakdowns into breakthroughs; and student will become competent in the art of energy dynamics. The primary focus of this program will be in vision development and taking a vision from thought to action through the principles of FLOW…moving through resistance to empowerment.
Mastering the Art of Leadership is a Community Leadership Program that empowers and teaches participants to show up in their community, business and life as a leader in all aspects. The focus of the program is to find and fine tune the Leader within you. In addition, The Local Applause Network is an opportunity that gives leaders additional growth possibilities, such as putting together events that, there will be room to serve the community as well as grow the organization and its mission.

Coach Freddie Zeringue, Jr. is the publisher and national marketing director for Natural Awakenings Magazine based in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a personal coach in the field of transformation and self development, a certified hypnotherapist, and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, promotions and business development. He is the author of The Art of Flow Series, soon to be released.
